2. When the matter was listed on 03.09.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence the matter was ordered to be listed after two weeks. Today i.e. on 18.09.2018 also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter further.
