ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to initiate proceedings against the respondents under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33145 of 2007 dated 20.10.2021 and punish them accordingly.
2. When the matter came up on 02.11.2022, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with. However, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner sought time to get instructions.
3. Today, when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner confirmed that the order of this Court in W.P.No.33145 of 2007, dated 20.10.2021 has been duly complied with.
