4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) Page No.1/3

by the applicant / plaintiff to the Siddha Clinic attached to the High Court, Madras on or before 06.06.2024.
