O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.06.2015 for initiating appropriate action for maintaining peace and conducive atmosphere in the factory premises of the petitioner bearing Door No.59-B, Thadagam Road, Velandipalayam, Coimbatore-641 025.

2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 15.06.2015, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the Union and petitioner herein and after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar.
