ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27482 of 2014 has not been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and an affidavit to that effect has also been filed.
3.We do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the decision of the Tahsidlar, the remedy lies elsewhere. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
