Today when this Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.58 of 2014 itself was decreed on 29.09.2017 and therefore the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
