M.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 16.03.2021. However, it was stipulated that the petitioner must appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has complied with the said condition ever since. Therefore, the said condition stands relaxed totally. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
