The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No. 242 of 2013 from the file of Additional Sub Court, Karur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tirupur.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent strenuously objected for transferring H.M.O.P.No.242 of 2013 from Karur to Tirupur.
3. Taking note of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act and also it is well settled law that in the matrimonial dispute, preference should be given to the wife with respect to the place of hearing, I am inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No. 242 of 2013 filed by the husband from Karur to Tirupur.
4. Accordingly, a direction is issued to withdraw H.M.O.P.No. 242 of 2013 from the file of Additional Sub Court, Karur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tirupur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
