This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Cr.No.688/2017, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation has almost been completed. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Police did not add Section 307 and 382 IPC in the FIR, even though there were sufficient materials to add these provisions. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the relevant provisions will be added in the Final Report to be submitted before the concerned Court.
