ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP NO. 391 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with minor daughter along with her aged parents at chennai and it is difficult to travel from Chennai to Madurai to attend the Court proceedings with minor child, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Family Court, Madurai, is directed to transfer HMOP No. 391 of 2023 to the Pricipal Family court, Chennai. Further, the Principal Family court, Chennai is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent.

4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
