Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is delay of 285 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.43790 of 2025.

He would submit that notice to Respondents 1 and 2 had been served.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent2 present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition.

3. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.8076 of 2025 to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the Appeal is allowed.
