Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.4155 of 2015 in I.A.No.13881 of 2013 in O.S.No.5172 of 2013, passed by the learned XVII Assistant Judge, Chennai, dated 03.03.2016. ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr.S.Dhayaleeswaran, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 5 submitted that the original suit in O.S.No.5172 of 2013 on the file of XVII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, itself was dismissed for default on 31.08.2021. He has produced photocopy of the judgment taken from the E-Court website.

In view of the above said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected 2/4
