Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the charge memo Tha.Pa.No.2/2021, dated 08.04.2021 issued by the 4th respondent and the orders dated 03.11.2021 and 20.11.2021 passed by the 5th and 6th respondents in Na.Ka.En.D1/Tha.Pa.En.02/2021 and C.No.77/Camp/DC Hqrs/CBE City/2021 respectively, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings relating to the charge memo dated 08.04.2021 and to promote the petitioner as Chief Reporter, as per my seniority.
