ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 28.07.2016 made in W.P.No.5238 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.In view of the direction issued in W.P.No.3073 of 2013 and W.P.No.12847 of 2013 by order dated 15.06.2016 and 27.06.2016 respectively regarding selling of unapproved house sites, the aforesaid writ petition was closed. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the aforesaid orders, the Division Bench has passed some other order with respect to regularisation. 4.In such view of the matter, we do not find any disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
