ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the Special SubInspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirupur District in Crime No.9 of 2017 to the file of the 2nd respondent (viz) the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirupur District.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage and there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report or closure report as the case may be. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
