Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2014 and thereby direct the respondents to pay the pending arrears of salary to the petitioner since 25.7.2014 to 17.10.2014 without any further delay.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.10.2014, in respect of the payment of arrears of salary with effect from 25.7.2014 to 17.10.2014.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contended that the writ petitioner is working as Cook Servant/ Masalchi/Watchman/Office Assistant and subsequently, a transfer order was issued to the writ petitioner in the year 2014. The order of transfer was challenged by the writ petitioner and he got an interim stay for the transfer order on 25th September, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2014 and continued in the same place and served.
3. However, the salary for the period, from which the interim order was in force, has not been disbursed to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner made a representation on 27.10.2014, before the respondents to pay the pending arrears of salary. However, the respondents have not considered the representation and pass orders.
4. Thus, without going in to the merits and demerits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 27.10.2014, submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
