O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.352 of 2019, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.20939 of 2020 was passed by this Court on 16.04.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, further no change of circumstances arises for considering second anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
