ORDER

The report has been filed the Official Assignee stating that they have not received any claims and neither has the insolvent has filed discharge application within the stipulated time of 18 months. Therefore, they sought for annulling the adjudication dated 13.08.2015.

Considering the report and the submissions made by the Official Assignee the order of adjudication dated 13.08.2015 adjudicating the debtor Mr.P.C.A.Jai Ganesh as insolvent under Section 41 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act stands annulled.
