Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus calling for the records on the file of 2nd Respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.043651/W2/E1/2016, dated 01.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd Respondent herein to transfer the Petitioner from Chennai Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Perambur, Chennai 600 011 to Tiruvannamalai where her spouse is working under the category of spouse category pursuant to the no objection granted by the 3rd Respondent dated 16.06.2016.
