Respondent Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 03.06.2015 made by the petitioner, seeking 'no income certificate.'

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner would submit that her marriage with one Rahamathullah, which was solemnised, came to be dissolved and, thereafter, she has not married again. It is further stated that her father late R.Nissar Ahmed, who was in Judicial Service, had retired and was a pensioner and he died on 17.12.2007. Her mother, namely, Asiya Begum predeceased her father. In the light of the above facts and circumstances and also as per G.O.Ms.No.29, Finance (Pension) Department, dated 31.01.2013, she has submitted a representation, dated 03.06.2015, to the respondent for "No Income Certificate" and since no orders have been passed thereon, she has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the Submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.06.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
