Nagar II Street, Paniyur, Sholiganallur Village and Sholinganullur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's father is the owner of the property measuring an extent of 3010 sq.ft. in Sholinganallur village in Chitta No.1545. While so, when the petitioner's father applied for patta and when the Revenue officials came for inspection, they are being prevented by one Sarfudeen. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3.In a case of this nature, this Court cannot grant police protection individually to the petitioner or to his father. However, as and when, a request is made by the Revenue authorities for police protection for the purpose of survey, the 2nd respondent Police shall afford the necessary protection to them.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered accordingly.
