Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2. This petition has been filed seeking ad-interim stay the operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka. 6720/2022/ Sa.Pa. dated 20.02.2023 pending disposal of the above main writ petition.

3. On perusing the entire documents placed on record, this Court is of the view that directing the respondents to stay the operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka. 6720/2022/ Sa.Pa. dated 20.02.2023 pending disposal of the above main writ petition, without a final adjudication, would tantamount to allowing the main Writ Petition itself, therefore, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 30-03-2026 3/3 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order ssd
