In W.P.No. 19445 of 2015, Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Aswin, learned counsel for the respondent is present. In W.A.No.2315 of 2021 Mr. Aswin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ayya Durai GA for the first respondent and
Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, for the second respondent is present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Writ Petition No.19445 of 2015 is filed against the order passed by the respondent in Lr.No.5842/42/TNSTC(V)/2015 dated 20.04.2015 and Writ Appeal is filed against the order dated 01.10.2020 passed in W.P.No.31519 of 2017.
2.Both the parties and their respective counsel are present.
3. Resolution was passed by the Tamil Nadu State Transport corporation ( Villupuram) Ltd., Villupuram - 605 602 dated 20.01.2026 and the same is extracted hereunder:
Resolved to authorize the Managing Director to comply the order dated 23.05.2017 in Na.Ka.No.A969/2015 in respect of ThiruC.Rajkumar conductor, Staff No. CR5747 of Villupuram Region by modifying the date of confirmation as 25.11.2010 based on the representation of the individual dated 01.08.2025 to consent to withdraw W.P.No.19445 of 2015 and to forgo 50% of difference of wages from 25.11.2010 to 05.12.2017 and to modify the punishment of two and half years of absorption postponed due to fatal accident and to implement after confirmation as increment cut with cumulative effect and treat suspension days from 23.12.2011 to 24.04.2013 as non-qualifying days and to settle in Lok-Adalat filed by the Corporation in W.A.No.2315 of 2021 as recommended by the Finance committee.
3. Both the parties agreed to settle the issue in terms of the above resolution.
4.The above Writ Petition and the Writ Appeal disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The resolution forms part of the order. C.
