ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This contempt petition has been filed inter alia https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ alleging that the order passed by this Court with respect to release of the seized red sanders are not released.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.From the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, it appears that part of the seized red sanders were released. The remaining part could not be released as it was found to be damaged. If that is the case, the petitioner can work out the remedy including by way of seeking common law remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court, if so advised. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
