This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to execute the warrant of Arrest issued by the Special Metropolitan Magistrate N.I.Act cases No.9, Jaipur, Rajasthan against the Accused in C.C.No.717 of 2016 pending before the Special Metropolitan Magistrate. 2.it is seen that bailable Warrant is pending against the accused in C.C.No.717 of 2016 initiated by the petitioner and the second respondent punishable under Section 138 of N.I.Act on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate N.I.Act cases No.9, Jaipur, Rajasthan. As against the accused, bailable warrant has been issued and it is pending on the file of the second respondent from 15.03.2019.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant has issued by the Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, N.I.Act cases No.9, Jaipur, Rajasthan as against the accused within a period of eight weeks from today. It is also made clear that the petitioner is directed to throng out all the parties at the cost of the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
