The instant application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking amendment in the cause title.

2. According to the plaintiff, originally when the suit was filed by plaintiff it was a Private Limited Company and during the pendency of the suit, the plaintiff Company has been changed into a limited liability partnership and known as M/s Music Master Audio Video LLP. Therefore, in order to effect the change of name in the longer and shorter cause title of the plaintiff Company, the present application has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second and third defendants have no objection to allow this application.

4. The first and fourth respondents were already set exparte in the main suit.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application in A.No. 2188 of 2023 is allowed. The plaintiff is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the original plaint and also file amended copies of the plaint within two weeks.
