2.It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs that the proposed defendants are materially interested only in the documents which are sought to be introduced by way of A.No.3211 of 2024. The proposed defendants have no direct say or interest in the relief sought in the suit. They cannot be impleaded as defendants. If it is opined that they must examined as witnesses, then appropriate steps in accordance with law may be taken during the course of trial.
