O R D E R

These applications have been filed by the legal representatives of the deceased rectification petitioner.

2. In the affidavit in support of these applications, it is stated that the rectification petitioner passed away on 31.10.2018. It is further stated that the legal representatives had no knowledge about the case until receipt of notice from the respondent in the rectification petition.

3. Upon considering the averments in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, all these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the impleaded legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are directed to carry out the amendments in the rectification petition on or before 15.04.2025 and serve a copy of the amended petition on learned counsel for the respondent.
