This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Vijayakumari against this petitioner, who is her husband, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
