O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case in HMOP No.66/2016 on the file of Sub Court, Arupukottai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Chennai or Sub Court at Tambaram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in transferring the case in HMOP No.66 of 2016 pending on the file of Sub Court, Arupukottai to Family Court, Chennai. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Arupukottai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Arupukottai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.66 of 2016 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
