The Civil Revision Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The revision petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer. At the outset, the aforesaid prayer is not maintainable before the court below under Order 5 Rule 25 of the Civil Procedure Code. Notice has been served through mode of service as contemplated under the aforesaid provision. It is open to the revision petitioner to file an appropriate application and to satisfy the court below for the compliance under the aforesaid provision.

3. In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the revision petitioner to file an appropriate application or memo before the court below for raising the grievance raised in the present Civil Revision Petition.
