Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any convincing reason to modify the condition imposed by this Court while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. However, since the time elapsed to comply the condition. The petitioner is granted two more weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply the condition subject to payment of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) to the credit of "Madras High Court Clerk Association".

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
