This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 29.03.2015. He further submits that the copy of the closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
