ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC subsequently altered into 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.227 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The FIR indicates that the petitioner along with one Thirumal and one Viji had restrained the defacto complainant when he was proceeding in his two-wheeler and pushed him down and further alleged that one of the accused had attacked the defacto complainant with knife and caused cut injury on his forehead. Further, this petitioner who has insisted the other accused to finish the defacto complainant and yet another accused by name Viji had drove a boulder on the right foot of the defacto complainant.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the injured is still in hospital and there is every possibility of altering the charges based on the health condition of the defacto complainant.

4. Considering the objections made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
