(CRIME NO.15 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner may be directed to deposit the amount to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2020 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge for PC Act Cases, Cuddalore, without prejudice to the case the petitioner instead of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in favour of the WAKF Board within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order made in Crl.O.P.NO.3485 of 2021 dated 08/04/2021 in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUGAZHENTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3485 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2020 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge for PC Act, Cases, Cuddalore, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
