Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court Crl.O.P.No.6037 of 2021 dated 26/03/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR, Government Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6037 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 of IPC and section 25 (1B)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.82 of 2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
