(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3611 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m and 5:30 p.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.
