Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.5284/2021 dated 01.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5284 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C. Subsequently altered into 306, 506 (i) of IPC r/w. Section 4(B) (2) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harrassment Act in Crime No.34 of 2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
