3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. The petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, within two weeks from the date of lifting of lockdown or commencement of regular court's functioning. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
