Crl.O.P.No. 8747 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7794 of 2024, dated 14.03.2024 on anticipatory bail was granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crime No. Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner/A1 is modified and he shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders, and the condition insofar as the petitioners/A2 & A3 is relaxed, and they shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, if any interrogation.
