(Judgement of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of recent developments, learned counsel for the first respondent seeks to withdraw the contempt petition No.3212 of 2014 against which the Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred. Endorsement has been made.
