(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 14 previous cases, out of which, 3 cases are registered under the NDPS Act and 1 case is registered under TNPPDL Act. Hence, he vehemently opposes for the grant of bail to the petitioner.

2.In the light of the above submission so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail for the petitioner.

3.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present accordingly.
