ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 27.06.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the third respondent is conducting enquiry on the complaint dated 27.06.2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent-police and co-operate with the enquiry. The third respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law or close the case under intimation to the petitioner.
