Admittedly, the petitioner had received a copy of the order on 28.10.2024. However, the petitioner did not file any petition and instead sought further extension of time in the present petition. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time to the petitioner. 4.

With these observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
