O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 392, 307, 397 IPC, in Crime No.517 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant one Nagaraj is that on 25.05.2020 when he was standing near the CVC provisional shop, the petitioner along with another person, came in a motor cycle, threatened him at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.1,000/- from him.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is physically handicapped and a false case has been foisted against him. He would further submit that the petitioner is in custody from 26.05.2020.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has seven previous cases to his credit. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested very recently on 26.05.2020. Hence, he vehemently opposes for the grant of bail.

5.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this court is not inclined to grant bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner.
