PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the ware house situated at Door No.62, under Section Cr.P.C., Sothupakkam road, Theerthakariyampattu, Red Hills, Chennai - 600 052 enabling the petitioner to take his customers consignments from the said warehouse and hand over the same to the respective customers by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2020. 2.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8847 of 2020 and W.P.No.8834 of 2020, dated 27.07.2020, the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
