Cont.petition:3040 of 2014: praying under Section 11 of the contempt of court's Act that this court be pleased to punish the respondents herein for the act of contempt of court for having not obeyed the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 30.04.14 and made in MP.2/14 in CRP.3955/10.
CRP.NPD.3955 of 2010: praying that to set aside the order made in I.A.Sr.50811/2010 in O.S.4645/09, dated 6.10.10. on the file of IV the Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

J U D G M E N T
( Judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice ) After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant states that she is instructed to state that since the matter is listed before the learned Single Judge today, all the aspects will be urged before the learned Single Judge, including the plea that in the contempt proceedings, the jurisdiction should not be exercised in respect of the aspects other than the alleged violation.
2. The Letter Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in the terms of the aforesaid. No costs.
