(a) Directing the defendants 1 & 2 to pay the loan amount along with interest totaling Rs.58,86,623.65 to the plaintiff immediately; (b) To direct the defendants 1 & 2 to pay interest at the rate of 24% per annum for Rs.58,86,623.65 from the date of plaint till the date of realisation; (c ) To pay the cost of this suit.

J U D G M E N T

Today, when the matter is taken up through Video conferencing, the counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the suit may be dismissed as settled out of Court. He has also filed a memo dated 15.12.2020 to that effect. 2.Though notice has been served on the defendants and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.
