Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court order dated 20.03.2019 directing the applicant/respondent to pat Rs.15,50,000/- (fifteen Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) from the date of receipt of the copy of order dated 20.03.2019 shall not be extended upto 29.04.2019 to pay the one time settlement amount of Rs.15,50,000 to the respondent company.
This application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the court made the following order: As per the undertaking given by the respondent which has been recorded by order of this Court dated 20.03.2019 and further extended by this Court dated 12.04.2019, the order has been complied with by the respondent by settling the entire due payable by the respondent to the applicant and the learned counsel for the applicant also has acknowledged that the entire due has been paid to the applicant and recording the same, this application can be disposed of.
2. Since the due payable by the respondent with full satisfaction has been settled to the applicant and it is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant, no further order is required to be passed in this application.
By recording the aforesaid compliance, this application is disposed of.
