O R D E R

The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. in Cr.No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR No.43 of 2021 and petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3.The respondent police is directed to issue notice to the petitioners under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and the Investigation Officer is directed to conduct the enquiry by strictly following the procedure under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. If any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and co-operate for enquiry.
